In partnership with ROAR (Intereach), Phoenix Wings Wellness will be offering two FREE expressive and creative workshops!

In these workshops, we will be learning how to listen to our bodies and express feelings and emotions creatively, using a variety of art materials, including paint, clay, oil pastels, collage, and watercolours.
