The girls will learn to appreciate diverse perspectives, acknowledging the different values, opinions and attitudes of others. They will understand the difference between positive and negative relationships and ways to manage these effectively. By developing an awareness of others’ feelings, needs and interests, the girls will learn ways to communicate effectively, identify causes and effects of conflict and be able to practice different strategies to diffuse or resolve social issues. 

We explore this through role playing and art/craft. The girls will make a pretend cupcake and a friendship flower to take home. Snacks provided. Ages 6-12 years.
