A 2 hour retreat for children in grades 3-6, we help children understand challenging feelings and emotions such as anxiety, anger, and sadness, and to learn how to express these emotions in healthy and creative ways, using creative arts therapy.

Developed by Melanie Kilo, creative and expressive arts therapist and accredited mental health social worker, this program lets your child grow!
