For boys who are anxious, angry, and/or autistic. This group, facilitated by experienced mental health social worker Bonnie Holt, uses psychoeducation, mindfulness, creativity, CBT, and connection to reduce that feeling of being alone, and to develop a sense of recognising and managing emotions in a safe space. 

Boys aged 9-14 years
