The mindfulness art therapy program is about giving yourself permission to slow down and take a moment to hit the pause button. It’s a lovely combination of creative arts and mindfulness – pure bliss! You will be guided through various art making processes and stress-relieving techniques in mindfulness.
If you're looking to give some time back to yourself in a nice quiet environment, and blissfully ‘massage your mind’, then this is for you!
For adults 18 years and over
Starting Wednesday 29th May for 6 weeks, 10.30am-12pm (please note this is a commitment to all 6 sessions)
Investment: $150 for all 6 sessions, includes all art materials and morning tea
