A two day retreat to use mindfulness and creative arts to create an expression of an event or moment that has impacted them and allow processing. This retreat will also build relationships with other adolescents with similar life journeys, reduce isolation, and create wellbeing.

For adolescents aged 12-18 years old.

All genders and sexualities welcome.

Wednesdays 15th AND 22nd January (Commitment for both sessions)

Investment: $364, includes all art materials and snacks
