Angry Birdz
A 2-part workshop designed for women and female-identifying individuals 17 and over who want to develop healthier relationships with their emotions and improve their overall well-being.
During this program, you will learn and share with other women about:
Understanding your emotions
Accepting your emotions
Expressing your emotions productively and positively
Calming and redirecting intense emotions
By attending this workshop, you may experience benefits such as:
Increased self-esteem and self-acceptance
Greater confidence in managing difficult situations
Stronger communication and assertiveness skills
Healthier relationships with others
Reduced stress and anxiety

Cost: $100 per person
