Angry Birdz

A 2-part workshop designed for women and female-identifying individuals 17 and over who want to develop healthier relationships with their emotions and improve their overall well-being.

During this program, you will learn and share with other women about:

  • Understanding your emotions

  • Accepting your emotions

  • Expressing your emotions productively and positively

  • Calming and redirecting intense emotions

By attending this workshop, you may experience benefits such as:

  • Increased self-esteem and self-acceptance

  • Greater confidence in managing difficult situations

  • Stronger communication and assertiveness skills

  • Healthier relationships with others

  • Reduced stress and anxiety

Cost: $100 per person
