An afternoon to relax and create as a part of learning strategies to reduce trauma reactions and build connection for adolescents (ages 12-16).
Includes:
1 hour of yoga (with Korinne of Green Room Yoga),
30 minutes of meditation and relaxation,
2.5 hours expressive arts therapy
Light afternoon tea
Wear comfortable clothes, bring drink bottle and yoga mat (if you have one), and your phone for photos of art work.
