Phoenix Fresh - Therapy program for boys aged 10-16

For boys who are neurodivergent and struggle with big feelings. This group, facilitated by legendary counsellor Andy Simpson and his superhero sidekick Jules, uses psychoeducation, mindfulness, creativity, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and connection to help you feel less alone and more awesome! We'll work on recognising, regulating, and accepting emotions in a sensory safe space, so you can become an emotional ninja! 

For boys aged 10-16 years

Saturdays for 6 sessions

Starting Saturday 10th May, 1pm-2pm

Location: Phoenix Wings Wellness Albury

Investment: $678 for six sessions and a 30 minute intake with the caregiver

Includes some snacks and awesome handouts.

Concession rate may be available for those who are not funded by organisations.

Both NDIS and non-NDIS participants welcome, Afterpay available
